Blacko and Barrowford Girls Club opened in March 2003 as a place where girls could meet safely and enjoy a wide range of activities. As leaders we though it was important that there was different ages although we do allow flexibility between the groups so that friends can stay together. Although this is an independent youth club we do have links to national organisations. You will be able to find many of them on this page. The aim of the youth club is to provide a safe and challengin environment where girls can grow into the women of tomorrow. We think that this is very important, and as you take a look through our pages you will hopefully see this.
